you know the eternal struggle of finding the right framerate, bitrate, codec and format that will allow your beloved video to be displayed on the recipients computer without hickups? evidently, long gone with youtube, google video and the likes.
but more interesting is how youtube redefined the concept of ‘good enough’. crappy quality videos proliferating. due to their content, of course, but also due to how damn easy they are to view.
i know, i know. stating the obvious. preaching to the choir. but there’s a thread somewhere amidst the blatant. there is notice to be taken about making, and keeping, things simple.
